Quality & Packaging

Define the approved specification, inspection scope and packing requirements before the order is confirmed.

Quality review starts with the specification you approve. For each order, agree the product reference, finish, inspection scope and packing requirements alongside the commercial terms.

Specification and finish

Confirm dimensions, material composition, surface appearance, components and assembly details. For natural materials, define the acceptable variation using the agreed sample or reference.

Electrical configuration

Specify the destination market, voltage, lamp holder or driver, wiring and controls. Request the documents relevant to the actual model and configuration.

Packing and handling

Review the arrangement for shades, stone parts and other fragile components. Confirm assembly, labelling, carton details and any special protection required for the shipping route.

Quality and packing questions

Are certifications the same for every fixture?

No. Documentation must be checked against the model, components, electrical version and intended market. We confirm available documents for the products being reviewed; a certified component does not automatically establish certification of the complete light.

How should glass and stone lighting be packed?

The packing arrangement depends on the fixture’s construction and shipping route. Confirm the protection of individual fragile parts, assembly method, carton details and any required transport-test evidence for the selected model.

Are spare parts and damage terms included?

State the spare-component requirements in your enquiry. The quotation or order confirmation should specify what is included and how delivery damage or replacement requests will be handled.

Need a specific inspection or packing arrangement?

Share your requirements before the quotation is finalized so they can be included in the order scope.
