Custom lighting starts with a clear brief. HoPoLux reviews drawing-based manufacturing, design adaptations and coordinated sourcing for decorative fixtures.
Adapt a design
Describe the size, finish, material, shade, suspension or mounting change you need. The proposed configuration is reviewed for construction, installation and the intended market.
Develop a new fixture
Share a drawing or reference with the key dimensions and target quantity. We assess the manufacturing route and identify the sample, component or tooling decisions needed for quotation.
Review OEM / ODM requirements
Outline your brand, target market, packaging and product requirements. Design responsibilities, approved specifications and commercial terms are agreed for the particular enquiry.
From brief to an approved order
-
Define the brief
Provide the application, reference, dimensions, quantities, target market and desired delivery date.
-
Review the configuration
Confirm materials, finishes, light source, electrical requirements, mounting and the manufacturing or sourcing scope.
-
Agree the quotation and sample plan
Clarify sample and tooling charges where applicable, quantities, lead time, packing and delivery terms.
-
Approve the reference
Agree the drawing, specification and sample approval needed before a production order is released.
-
Confirm the delivery requirements
Set the agreed inspection points, labelling, packing, documentation and shipment arrangements.
What to include in your enquiry
A reference link or drawing summary; overall dimensions; intended material and finish; quantity by configuration; mounting and suspension requirements; destination market; light source, voltage and dimming requirements; and your target delivery date.
Custom lighting questions
Can a chandelier’s size and suspension length be changed?
These requests can be reviewed for the chosen design. Larger dimensions may change its weight, structure, mounting and component requirements. Share the installation height and dimensions so those details can be assessed together.
What is the minimum quantity for a custom design?
The minimum depends on the design, components, production process and whether tooling is required. We confirm it in the quotation rather than applying one minimum to every custom fixture.
Are samples and tooling included in the unit price?
Sample, development and tooling charges depend on the enquiry. The quotation should identify them separately where applicable, together with the approval process and ownership terms.
